DOLPHIN MALL EXPANDS DINING SELECTION
Mojitos Latin American Cafe opens with traditional Cuban Food, Music
MIAMI, FL July 13, 2001 - Shoppers at Dolphin Mall have another appealing dining option with the addition of Mojitos Latin American Cafe to the center. Mojitos joins Dave & Busters and Johnny Rockets already located in the Ramblas outdoor plaza (Entry 3).
Mojitos Latin American Cafe serves traditional Cuban food and seats 150 people with a full-service 20-foot bar top encased in tobacco leaves. Paintings by famous Cuban artist, Cata, adorn the walls and add to the restaurant's Colonial look and feel. A Cuban band complements the beautiful decor with live Latin music every weekend.
Mojitos features Cuban cuisine ranging from palomilla steak and shrimp Creole to traditional Cuban sandwiches. Of course, mojito cocktails are the specialty of the house. Entree prices range from $6.95 to $14.95.
T.G.I. Fridays, and Charcoal's Latin Grill will add to the restaurant line-up in late summer.
"Shoppers can now enjoy more than a dozen unique dining and snacking options at Dolphin Mall," said Maria Llorca, Marketing Director.
Dolphin Mall, which opened March 1, is an enclosed value retail/entertainment mall with an 850-seat food court and more than 200 retailers. Additional stores will open throughout the year. Shoppers can access the mall by taking Exit 27 off of the Florida Turnpike. Shopping hours are 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
