DOLPHIN MALL OFFERS CUSTOMERS FOUR NEW DINING SELECTIONS EXPANDED DINING IN RAMBLAS PLAZA

MIAMI, FL - April 2006 - In an effort to continue offering a wide selection of dining and entertainment choices, Dolphin Mall's Ramblas Plaza will expand its menu to include Japanese, southwestern, northern Italian and gourmet Mexican cuisine.

Sushi, filet mignon, and quesadillas will form part of the new menu at Dolphin Mall's Ramblas Outdoor Plaza. Known for its live entertainment, celebrity guest appearances, delicious food and fun, this year Ramblas will be home to new restaurants including Kobe Japanese Steak and Seafood, BiCE's Grand Cafe, SouthWest NY and the luxuriously appointed Merchants NY Cigar Bar, as well as 100% Natural.

Kobe Japanese Steak and Seafood, scheduled to open in May, offers visitors fresh sushi from the sushi bar and a chance to savor exquisite meals prepared right before their eyes in an extraordinary show performed by celebrated Japanese chefs on a Teppanyaki table.

BiCE's Grand Cafe, scheduled to open in April, is a distinctive Northern Italian restaurant where you can sit back, relax and enjoy excellent cuisine in a chic and attractive environment.

SouthWest NY, scheduled to open in May, offers delicious Southwestern cuisine with French & Latin influences including gourmet salads, specialty tortillas, sizzling burgers and more. This location offers a meeting room, an outdoor cafe area with an outdoor bar, a carved marble fountain, and informal restaurant seating. SouthWest NY will also offer a retail take-out area that will evoke a food marketplace with quick service and lower price points than the main restaurant. Immediately adjacent to this restaurant is the Merchants NY Cigar Bar, with a historical feel to it, harping back to Victorian salon rooms. The intimately scaled mahogany bar has a brass top with vintage lights and the decor features luxuriously upholstered sofas and lounge chairs.

100% Natural, scheduled to open in summer 2006, offers a wide variety of entries to delight every taste, satisfy every need and fit all eating habits. The all-natural cuisine is based primarily on fruits, vegetables, cereals and nuts.

"Kobe Japanese Steak and Seafood, BiCE's Grand Cafe, SouthWest NY, and 100% Natural will add tasty dining options to the already wonderful Ramblas section that includes Texas de Brazil Churrascaria, Dave & Busters, Mojito's Cuban Restaurant, Johnny Rockets, Strike Miami, and Charcoal's Latin Grill," said Maynel Alvarez-Requejo, Marketing Specialist for Dolphin Mall.
