Expanded Dining, Entertainment and Merchandise Selection in Ramblas
MIAMI, FL - May 2002- Potato skins and conch steak will form part of the new menu at Dolphin Mall's Ramblas Outdoor Plaza. Known for its live entertainment, concerts, delicious food and fun, this summer Ramblas will be home to new stores, entertainment and restaurants including the American classic, T.G.I. Friday's and Florida Key's Institution Perry's Seafood.
T.G.I. Friday's, opening in early June, will feature its original trend-setting American appetizers, entrees and beverages. The popular restaurant will offer approximately 6,100 square feet of dining space.
Perry's Seafood, which will join Dolphin Mall in September, will serve the freshest and highest quality seafood, juicy steaks, homemade desserts and a full liquor bar that will include a fine selection of imported and domestic champagnes, wines and beers. Perry's currently has two locations, Key West and Key Largo.
"T.G.I. Friday's and Perry's Seafood add tasty dining options to the already wonderful Ramblas section that includes Dave & Busters, Mojitos Cuban Restaurant, Johnny Rockets, Charcoal's Latin Grill, and Empanada Factory," said Maria Llorca, Marketing Director for Dolphin Mall.
Four new stores opening in mid-June will join other retailers already in the Ramblas Outdoor Plaza, many who have extended hours of operation. Those merchants include BORDERS Books, Music & Cafe, Alternative Rays 2, affordable sunglasses vendor, Dolphin 19 Cinemas, Transport 6, an amusement ride that simulates a roller coaster ride, a car race or a flight, Lil' Orbits, providing mini donuts and roasted nuts and Jupiter Jump, a kiddie bounce house.

Nievelandia- providing sweet icy snow cone treats for everyone.
Funny Rides- offering rides on a fun kiddy train.
Ramblas Cafe- providing robust Cuban coffee and freshly baked pastries.
Solymar Fashion- offering the latest in swimwear and accessories.
The Ramblas Outdoor Plaza also offers more ways than one to beat the heat in the summer with icy, refreshing daiquiris from Let's Make a Daiquiri or cool and sweet Venezuelan beverages from Chicha Criolla.
